Spanning an expansive 50,000 square feet, our vertically integrated manufacturing facility is equipped with the latest technology and machinery, ensuring the delivery of unmatched product quality, versatility, and swift market solutions. Our weaving facility boasts the latest-generation Tsudakoma Neo 001 looms, engineered for high efficiency and flawless production. Featuring wide-width looms (340 cm), we focus on the production of grey fabric for home textiles, while maintaining the flexibility to accommodate suiting and shirting fabrics.
With a monthly production capacity surpassing 500,000 meters of grey fabric, our adaptable production line includes a wide range of weaves, such as plain, satin, reverse satin, twill, drill, and oxford. To ensure superior quality and operational efficiency, our facility is equipped with advanced ancillary equipment, which plays a vital role in the textile industry. These systems, as essential as the main machines themselves, contribute to our exceptional production capabilities.
